Everything you can do in Gpsy.
A city checklist, a game map, a leaderboard and a very good excuse to leave the house. Here is what is in the app today, and what is coming next.
01Curated checklists
Seven hand-picked collections, from Old City heritage to the café hop.
No endless pin dump. Gpsy groups the city into collections you can actually finish: Old City Heritage, the Biryani Trail, Forts and Tombs, Lakes and Green, Cafés and Coffee, Nightlife and more. Every collection shows your progress, and a finished one turns volt.

02GPS-verified stamps
You have to be there. The server checks, so a stamp means something.
Tap Check in and Gpsy checks your location on the device and again on the server. Mock locations, impossible travel speeds and stamps from the couch are turned away. Every place has its own radius: 60 m for a restaurant, up to a kilometre for a film city.

03XP, levels and badges
Bronze, silver, gold and onyx medals you can spin in your hand.
Every first verified stamp pays XP and fills your level bar. Badges are struck as metal medals, pale when locked and glowing when earned. Open one and drag it to turn it. Locked ones show exactly how far you are.

04The game map
Our own illustrated map of Hyderabad, with fog you clear by exploring.
A drawn map of the city: warm land, the lakes, the Musi, the ORR. One pin per place in the colour of its kind. Stamped places get a volt tick, the nearest one pulses blue, rare ones wear a flare ring. Switch on Fog and the city goes grey until you walk through it.

05Leaderboards
Ranked by distinct places, not by who grinds the most XP.
See where you stand this week or all time. The board ranks by how many different places you have really visited, so you cannot climb by stamping the same chai stall forty times.

06Side quests
Cafés, sunset spots and late-night places worth the detour, with bonus XP.
Main places are the icons of the city and count toward your 'X% of Hyderabad'. Side quests are the extras: a café, a trek, a market, a bar. They pay +50 bonus XP and unlock badges like Café hopper, Golden hour and Night owl.

07Plan my Saturday
Pick a vibe and a start time. Get a route with times and distances.
Chai and heritage, café hop, biryani, a night out, lakes, after work. Pick one, pick a start time, and Gpsy lines up three to five places that go together, nearest first, and draws the route on the map. Not feeling it? Shuffle. Share it as text with your group.

08Where in Hyderabad?
One clue a day for everyone. Four places. One try.
A new puzzle every day at midnight India time. Guess right for +10 XP, guess wrong and you still get +3. Either way you see the answer and can go stamp it. Your day streak counts puzzles and stamps, so exploring never breaks it, and every seventh day pays +25 XP.
09The Hyderabad guide
Nine chapters, written for people who want to do it right.
The Old City in a morning, the biryani trail, Irani chai and Osmania biscuits, cafés, forts and tombs, lakes at sunset, HITEC City, a night out and day trips. Each chapter gives the best time to go, how to get there, local tips and three to six stops you can stamp.

10Events
What is happening now, this weekend, next week. Check in for +50 XP.
Curated events, grouped as Happening now, This week, This weekend, Next week and Later. Tap Interested, and when the event is on, check in with GPS at the venue or the organiser's code for +50 XP and event badges: Out and About, Regular and City Scene.

12Lists and reel imports
Save places to lists. Share an Instagram reel and Gpsy finds the spots in it.
Build your own lists with a title and an icon, private or public, with your progress on each ('6 of 14 visited'). Share an Instagram reel to the app and it finds the places named in it. You confirm which to keep, and they show on your map, private to you.

13Story stickers
A transparent sticker for your own Instagram story: '25% of Hyderabad'.
Three layouts you swipe between: your stats and passport title, the Hyderabad outline with your stamps as volt dots, or your latest stamp. Copy it, save it, or share it, then drop it over your own photo.

14Passport and profile
From Mehmaan to Nizam of Hyderabad. Public only if you say so.
Your passport title grows with your percentage: Mehmaan, Naya Hyderabadi, Gully explorer, True Hyderabadi, City nawab and finally Nizam of Hyderabad. Your profile is private unless you switch on a public profile, and one consent covers the profile and the leaderboards.
