Account deletion
Delete your Gpsy account.
You can remove your account and personal data at any time. Here is how, and exactly what happens.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Gpsy and go to the You tab.
- Open Settings.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
By email
Cannot open the app? Email support@gpsy.app from the address you signed up with, with the subject 'Delete my Gpsy account'. We will confirm and complete the deletion.
What is deleted
- Your profile, @handle, photo and settings.
- Your stamps, check-in notes, ratings and photos.
- Your lists, saved places, posts, comments and friend connections.
- Your consents and preferences.
What may be kept
We may keep limited records where the law requires it, for example for security or fraud prevention, and only for as long as needed. Anonymous, aggregated numbers that cannot identify you may remain.
Waitlist email
On the waitlist but without an account? Email us and we will remove your address.
